About Anther

Anther is a remote assistance platform. Someone with the expertise joins someone with the problem, sees what they are looking at, and works it through with them.

How it works

Two people, one live session. One of them knows the answer. The other is standing in front of the problem. They work it out.

What happens in a session does not have to be repeated later. Sessions can be kept and revisited, so the work is reviewable and the answer is not lost when the call ends.

Getting access

Anther is a business-to-business service. You reach it through the company you work with, and what happens in a session belongs to that company.
