Anther Privacy Policy
Anther Intelligence LLC (“Anther,” “we,” “us”) provides software and related services to business customers (the “Service”). Individuals generally access the Service through an organization that has authorized their use of it (“Customer”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information in connection with the Service.
1. Our role
For certain information, such as account and administrative information, Anther determines how and why that information is processed.
For information submitted to or generated through the Service on behalf of a Customer, Anther generally processes that information according to the Customer’s instructions. Questions concerning Customer-controlled information should ordinarily be directed to the organization through which you use the Service.
2. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Account information. Information such as your name, email address, organization, role, and authentication information.
- Customer content. Information submitted to, transmitted through, or generated through the Service, which may include communications, media, files, messages, and generated outputs.
- Usage and technical information. Information such as usage activity, timestamps, IP address, device information, diagnostics, and security-related information.
We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide and operate the Service;
- provide features requested by Customers;
- authenticate users and administer accounts;
- maintain the security and reliability of the Service;
- troubleshoot and improve performance;
- provide support; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
Certain Service features may use automated or artificial-intelligence systems to process Customer content and provide requested functionality. Such systems are used to provide the Service and are not intended to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.
4. Customer content and communications
The Service may allow Customers to transmit, process, or retain communications and other content.
Customers are responsible for determining whether and how they use these capabilities and for providing any notices or obtaining any permissions required by applicable law.
5. How we disclose information
We may disclose information:
- to authorized users of the relevant Customer;
- to vendors and service providers that help us operate the Service;
- when required by law or valid legal process;
- when reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, property, or safety; or
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.
Service providers are authorized to process information only for permitted purposes and subject to applicable contractual restrictions.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, Customer configuration, contractual requirements, and legal obligations.
Customers may have administrative tools or processes for deleting Customer content. Deleted information may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, or other systems where immediate deletion is not technically practical or where retention is required for security, legal, or compliance purposes.
When our relationship with a Customer ends, we delete or otherwise handle Customer information in accordance with our contractual and legal obligations.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, and measures intended to separate Customer data.
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, or deletion.
For information controlled by Anther, you may contact us at contact@anther-ai.com.
For information processed by Anther on behalf of a Customer, you may need to direct your request to the organization through which you use the Service. We will assist Customers with applicable privacy requests as required.
We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
9. Children
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required by law.
